🌱Do you know?

Nettle is one of the most nutritious edible greens available. If you research on Google, list of healthy leafy greens 🥬, the most common greens listed are kale, micro greens, collard greens, spinach, & cabbage.


Many do not know Nettle contains protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, beta-carotene, plus vitamins A,C, D, and B complex. Each of these vitamins & minerals are in the simplest form that helps the body use more them more easily.


🌱Did you know?

Nettle can also be used as a vegan option for rennet used in cheese making.

We should try to use Nettle more frequently with it being a powerhouse for vitamins & minerals.
