Here on the Carolina Holistic Tea Farm, we believe every sip should nourish the body and delight the senses. That’s why we’ve created a collection of herbal mocktail recipes that celebrate the beauty and healing power of our farm-grown tea blends.
These drinks are perfect for porch sittin’, garden gatherings, or any moment you want to feel refreshed, relaxed, and rooted in nature. Today, we’re sharing our three favorite herbal mocktail recipes, each made with one of our bestselling blends —each one naturally caffeine-free, alcohol-free, and full of plant-powered goodness.

🍓 1. Relaxing Herbal Mocktail
Featuring: Organic Relaxing Tea Blend – Lemon Balm + Valerian
This soothing mocktail is the perfect blend of calm and sparkle. Designed to help ease stress and gently relax your nervous system, it features calming lemon balm and valerian, paired with fresh berries and zesty lemon.
Ingredients:
2 cups brewed Organic Relaxing Tea (chilled)
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Handful of muddled berries (your choice)
¼ cup honey or agave (to taste)
1 cup sparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Brew & Chill the tea, then mix with lemon juice, berries, and sweetener.
Add Sparkle just before serving with sparkling water.
Serve over ice and top with mint.
💚 Sip this in the evening when the sun is low and the crickets begin to sing. It’s peace in a glass.
🌲 2. Mystical Forest Sparkler
Featuring: Mystical Forest Tea Blend – Elderflower, Nettle, Spearmint, Thyme
Refreshing, citrusy, and grounding, this drink feels like a deep breath of fresh forest air. With a hint of orange and mint, it’s the perfect balance of earthy and bright.
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed Mystical Forest Tea (strong, cooled)
½ cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
Sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes
Fresh mint + orange slices for garnish
Instructions:
Brew & Cool the tea.
Combine with orange juice, lemon juice, and optional sweetener.
Serve over ice and top with sparkling water.
Garnish with mint and orange.

🌸 3. Serenity Sunrise Sparkler
Featuring: Serenity Sunrise Tea – Rose, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passionflower
A gorgeous floral-citrus mocktail bursting with color and calm. This drink is perfect for garden parties, brunch, or a moment of self-care.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
2 tbsp Serenity Sunrise Tea
2 cups boiling water
1 tbsp honey or agave (to taste)
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup sparkling water (or champagne for grown-ups)
¼ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
¼ cup fresh blueberries
Ice cubes (option: freeze fruit or flowers inside)
Fresh mint sprigs or edible flowers for garnish
Instructions:
Steep the Tea for 10–15 minutes, stir in honey, and chill.
Build the Glasses with ice, berries, and fruit.
Mix & Pour the tea and orange juice blend.
Top Off with sparkling water or champagne.
Garnish with mint or edible flowers.
