Instructions:
How to Brew Your Herbal Tea

Select one of the three herbal blends included in your kit. -
Fill the metal ball tea strainer:
Use about 1 teaspoon (1 tsp) of loose herbal tea per 8 oz (1 cup) of water. Open the strainer and add the herbs. -
Heat fresh water:
Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil, then let it cool for about 1–2 minutes. Most herbal teas brew best between 200°F–212°F. -
Steep your tea:
Place the filled tea strainer into your cup or teapot and pour the hot water over it. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes depending on your taste preference. -
Remove the strainer:
Carefully remove the strainer and set it aside. You can gently press it with a spoon to extract extra flavor, if desired. -
Enjoy:
